1 teaspoon of Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.

    Zucchini sticks make a tasty side dish sure to impress for date nights. A perfect finger food to replace the classic fries (good but unhealthy).

    I served them in these ceramic ramekins.

    Wash the zucchini and cut it into strips and put it in a food bag

    In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper

    Pour the oil over the zucchini in the bag and mix well

    Add the seasoned breadcrumbs and give it a good stir

    Bake at 200° for about 10/15min
