A really tasty treat that is very easy to prepare and an alternative way to eat fruit.
I garnished with almond granules and put cocoa in some of the ricotta cheese

Proceedings
1 Done | Wash the peaches and cut them in two |
2 Done | Eliminate the core |
3 Done | With a teaspoon gently scoop out the pulp and place it in a bowl |
4 Done | Grill the peaches on a nonstick pan for a couple of minutes |
5 Done | Meanwhile, mix the cottage cheese with the previously hollowed out pulp and sweeten if you prefer |
6 Done | Fill the grilled peaches with the ricotta and serve immediately |
