Ingredients
- 300g of Whole wheat flour
- 200g of 70% dark chocolate
- 150g of Greek yogurt 5%
- 150ml of Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 50g of Butter
- 40g of Walnuts
- One sachet of Baking powder
- Vanillin
- Sweetener to taste.
Proceedings
Walnut Brownies are a super chocolaty but guilt-free dessert (which should never be there be it understood!).
They are nutritious and with only a fraction of the calories of the original cake.

Proceedings
1 Done | Melt the chocolate with the butter. You can do this in a double boiler or in the microwave |
2 Done | Beat eggs with yogurt, milk and sweetener |
3 Done | In a large bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and vanillin |
4 Done | Add the egg, yogurt and milk mix and mix with a spatula |
5 Done | Add melted chocolate with butter and continue stirring |
6 Done | Add chopped walnuts and mix well |
7 Done | Pour the dough into a baking pan covered with baking paper. |
8 Done | Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes |
