My name is Giuseppe Scopelliti and I am a Biologist Nutritionist with a passion for cooking and fitness. My personal history has led me to understand the importance of a proper approach to nutrition. As a child, I faced health problems that resulted in being overweight. However, having overcome these problems, I approached the world of nutrition at the age of 18 and then decided to make it my profession.
I founded NewLife Nutrition and Health® Studio, with offices in Bologna and Milan, with the aim of spreading the concept of dieting not as a set of renunciations, but as a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. I firmly believe that being on a diet does not mean eating little or in a sad and depressing way. On the contrary, it should be a way to enjoy healthy and nutritious food, without giving up the pleasure of taste and conviviality.
I prepare healthy and dietary recipes that are both simple and tasty, because I believe that eating properly should never be a sacrifice, but a pleasure. I am proud to say that my recipes reflect my philosophy of life: to eat healthily without giving up the pleasure of food.
