Ingredients
- 300g of Chicken breast
- A nice Bell bell pepper
- One Eggplant
- 2 tablespoons of Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Proceedings
Chicken nuggets with peppers and eggplant are a main course with vegetables, as always easy to prepare but super tasty.
Through this preparation, the chicken remains soft and juicy and acquires the flavors of the vegetables.
To prepare this recipe, I used this excellent nonstick frying pan.
Proceedings
1 Done | Wash the bell bell pepper and eggplant and cut them into small pieces |
2 Done | Cook them over moderate heat in a high-sided pan with a little water and oil, adjusting the salt |
3 Done | Stir from time to time |
4 Done | While preparing the chicken |
5 Done | Season the chicken nuggets (if you can't find them ready-made, you can buy a whole chicken breast and cut it yourself) with salt and pepper |
6 Done | When the vegetables are almost cooked and creamy, add the chicken |
7 Done | Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally |
