Today I experimented with something really special: chicken breast with peppers. And I must say, the result was surprisingly delicious! 😋

1 Done | Slice the onions and chop the peppers into small pieces |
2 Done | Cook them in a pan with oil, adjusting the salt and adding a little water. I also added tomato paste to give more flavor |
3 Done | While the peppers are cooking, flour the chicken. I used a mixture of flour and cornstarch but you can use just flour |
4 Done | Put the chicken in the pan with the peppers, cover it well and cook it with the lid on for a few minutes |
