Today I experimented with something really special: chicken breast with peppers. And I must say, the result was surprisingly delicious! 😋

One of the secrets of this dish? Knowing how to make the chicken breast soft. There's nothing worse than a dry or tough piece of chicken, is there? Over the years, I have collected some tricks and tips on how to get a tender and juicy chicken breast, and I am happy to share them with you.

Slice the onions and chop the peppers into small pieces

Cook them in a pan with oil, adjusting the salt and adding a little water. I also added tomato paste to give more flavor

While the peppers are cooking, flour the chicken. I used a mixture of flour and cornstarch but you can use just flour
