- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 30g of Whole Wheat Cereal

That of Crispy Marinated Yogurt Cod is a very simple and tasty recipe. A different way of eating fish that can make even those who normally don't eat fish love it.
A different, tasty way to prepare cod, which is often considered a "sad" fish. A little twist that adds flavor and crunch.
To chop the onion and parsley, I used this wonderful kitchen knife
Proceedings
1 Done | In a bowl mix Greek yogurt, chopped onion and parsley, salt and pepper |
2 Done | Let the cod marinate in the yogurt for at least an hour, refrigerated and covered with foil |
3 Done | Crumble the cereal and use it to bread the codfish |
4 Done | Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes |
