I used two types of lentil paste, half red and half yellow, which, by the way, is ready in very few minutes (5 are enough), so it is also great for those who have little time to cook. Also perfect for people with celiac disease because it is gluten-free

1 Done | ✔ Steam the broccoli or blanch it for a few minutes. |
2 Done | ✔ Boil a pot with plenty of salted water and cook the pasta |
3 Done | ✔ While you brown the onion in a pan with oil. |
4 Done | ✔ When the onion is translucent, add the broccoli and sauté it, diluting with cooking water |
5 Done | ✔ Drain the pasta al dente and toss it for a minute in the pan. |
