If you want to optimize cooking time, you can microwave the potatoes as I do.
This is my perfect microwave for healthy and quick cooking. Prick the potatoes with a fork and cook them for 15 minutes at 750W

1 Done | Boil the potatoes |
2 Done | In a large bowl combine the mashed potatoes with the tuna and parsley, adjusting for salt and pepper. |
3 Done | Cut the peppers from the long side or the short side (it doesn't matter) and fill them with the mixture you just prepared |
4 Done | Sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs and add a drizzle of oil |
5 Done | Bake for 30 minutes at 180°. |
