This is my perfect microwave for healthy and quick cooking. Prick the potatoes with a fork and cook them for 15 minutes at 750W

Boil the potatoes

In a large bowl combine the mashed potatoes with the tuna and parsley, adjusting for salt and pepper.

Cut the peppers from the long side or the short side (it doesn't matter) and fill them with the mixture you just prepared

Sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs and add a drizzle of oil

Bake for 30 minutes at 180°.
