Sugar-Free Carrot Donuts, a recipe for a light and tasty dessert with no added sugar
The result is a no-added-sugar, light but tasty treat. Perfect for breakfast but suitable for any occasion, with very few calories and virtually no sugar, nutritionist's word.

Proceedings
1 Done | Wash and peel the carrots and grate them or chop them with a blender |
2 Done | In a bowl, whisk the egg with the yogurt and melted butter (as an alternative to butter, 40g oil) |
3 Done | Add the lemon juice and continue to whisk |
4 Done | Add sifted flour, baking powder and vanillin and grated lemon zest |
5 Done | Mix well with a spatula |
6 Done | Add the shredded carrots and incorporate them well |
7 Done | Spread the dough into donut molds (link in stories) and bake for 20 minutes at 180°. |
