    Sugar-Free Carrot Donuts, a recipe for a light and tasty dessert with no added sugar

    The result is a no-added-sugar, light but tasty treat. Perfect for breakfast but suitable for any occasion, with very few calories and virtually no sugar, nutritionist's word.

    Wash and peel the carrots and grate them or chop them with a blender

    In a bowl, whisk the egg with the yogurt and melted butter (as an alternative to butter, 40g oil)

    Add the lemon juice and continue to whisk

    Add sifted flour, baking powder and vanillin and grated lemon zest

    Mix well with a spatula

    Add the shredded carrots and incorporate them well

    Spread the dough into donut molds (link in stories) and bake for 20 minutes at 180°.
