Veal and Pumpkin Meatballs are a recipe for a super tasty, super soft meat main course.
Since we are close to Valentine's Day, I made them in the shape of a heart by rolling out the dough and cutting it out with small shapes. Also because meatballs are loved!
Also handy turns out to be the ice cream spoon, for making meatballs super fast and all the same size.
The result is a series of super soft and tasty meatballs. Heart-shaped, round or square, the result does not change, light and tasty they are perfect for any occasion.
