Banana Cookies are an easy and tasty way to use ripe bananas.

These are cookies with no eggs, no butter, no flour and no added sugar. They are super simple because they only need 3 ingredients and can be prepared in very few minutes.

They are super light because puffed cereals make so much volume, and because they are egg- and butter-free, they are also vegan cookies.

Because they are naturally sweet thanks to ripe bananas, they do not need sugar or sweeteners.

These amounts of ingredients are good for 9 cookies.
