Proceedings
1 Done | Wash and peel the carrots and cut them into pieces |
2 Done | Cook them in plenty of salted water for 15 minutes or microwave them as I did (10 minutes at 750w) |
3 Done | Once cooked and cooled, blend them |
4 Done | Mix the carrot puree with the other ingredients and add breadcrumbs if you think the mixture is too soft |
5 Done | Form croquettes and bake them at 180° for about 20 minutes. Or bake them for 10 minutes at 200° in the air fryer. |
