    Wash and peel the carrots and cut them into pieces

    Cook them in plenty of salted water for 15 minutes or microwave them as I did (10 minutes at 750w)

    Once cooked and cooled, blend them

    Mix the carrot puree with the other ingredients and add breadcrumbs if you think the mixture is too soft

    Form croquettes and bake them at 180° for about 20 minutes. Or bake them for 10 minutes at 200° in the air fryer.
