- 200g of Tomato pulp
- 200g of Lean mince
- 300g of Broccoli
- 30g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil

1 Done | Brown the mince in a good nonstick frying pan. |
2 Done | Add tomato pulp diluted with a little water and add salt and pepper to taste |
3 Done | In the meantime, boil a pot with plenty of salted water. |
4 Done | Cook the pasta |
5 Done | When there are 5 minutes left to cook, add the broccoli to the meat sauce |
6 Done | Amalgamates well |
7 Done | Drain the pasta a few minutes before it is due and add it to the sauce in the pan for a couple of minutes |
8 Done | Stretch with cooking water if necessary |
9 Done | Turn off the heat and add the oil |

I didn't mash it in the oven, because I can't use parmesan, it was great that way too.
