1 Done | Wash the potatoes and steam or microwave them as I do, poking them with a knife and cooking them 15/20 min at 750w |
2 Done | In the meantime, chop the onion |
3 Done | Brown it in a good nonstick frying pan with oil. |
4 Done | Add peas and cook, adding a little water if necessary |
5 Done | When almost cooked, add the shredded chicken and diced potatoes |
6 Done | Adjust salt and pepper and cook until chicken is fully cooked |
