In a bowl, mix the flour with the seed mix and salt

Add the water and oil and mix with a wooden spoon

Pour the dough onto a sheet of baking paper and place another sheet of baking paper on top

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is a couple of millimeters thick

Remove the top sheet of paper and cut into squares. I used a pastry cutter to make it easier and give the shaped border
