Baked Sardine Pie with Onion and Cherry Tomatoes a recipe for an inexpensive but tasty and nutritious fish main course
The result is a fish main course that is perfect for enjoying these bluefish that are absolutely affordable for everyone (they can be found already cleaned for less than 15 euros per kilo) and super nutritious because they are rich in omega-3 fats
They are good both hot and cold.

Proceedings
1 Done | Slice the onions and soften them in a pan with a little water and oil, adjusting the salt |
2 Done | In the meantime, clean the sardines (I bought them fresh already cleaned), open in the center and remove the bones |
3 Done | Season the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper and chopped parsley |
4 Done | Pana le sarde |
5 Done | When the onions are ready compose the pie dish |
6 Done | In a baking dish make a layer of onions, add a few cherry tomatoes cut into wedges and make a layer of sardines |
7 Done | Continue with layers until all ingredients are used up |
8 Done | Bake at 200° for about 10 minutes |
