    Summer Salad, an easy recipe for a fresh and light vegetarian dish, perfect for these scorching days

    The preparation is trivial and can be prepared in many ways according to one's taste and imagination

    The vegetables to use are totally personal; I used tomatoes and a mixture of various kinds of salad. But you can really use anything, nutritionist's word!

    Prepare the vegetables, washing and cutting them into small pieces and/or julienne strips

    In a large bowl, add to the vegetables the beans that you will have well drained and rinsed quickly under running water, the flakes of milk and a splash of oil
